Somehow it must have fallen out on the way. So I contacted Subtel and asked them to send me another battery in return for a new invoice. Customer service got back to me immediately, saying they would send me a new battery straight away and I wouldn't have to pay anything. Wow - that's what I call customer-orientation! Initially, the CR200 controller refused to charge or start because the contacts on the battery are apparently slightly lower than on the original battery: The controller then does not start when it is inserted into the charging station, only the red LED lights up briefly. After gently and carefully bending the contacts in the controller up, the battery is recognized and works perfectly!
